Return Policy
Quality is something we guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange (depending on item availability) for returned items.
- Eligibility for Return
You have a generous window of 2 business days from the moment you receive your package to claim a full refund. We simply ask that you keep the item in its original packaging, unused, and in the same pristine condition as when it arrived.
Just a heads-up, our special prices and sale items unfortunately don't qualify for refunds. However, we're more than happy to assist with an exchange within three days of your purchase.
If you're picking up your order, remember: for regular purchases, the timeframe for refunds is one week in our shop waiting for you to pick it up + 48 hours to claim the refund. (9 days in total)
Therefore, for sale items, you've got 3 days to swing by and 48 hours to claim for refund. (5 days in total) - Let's Stay Connected

While we wish we could cover all costs, shipping fees for the initial purchase are non-refundable. For returns, the return shipping fees will be your responsibility, and they'll match the original shipping fees you paid when you placed your order (not apply to customers that got free shipping)

Will the One Size fit me?
Absolutely! Our one size clothing is specifically designed to accommodate a wide range of body shapes and sizes, usually from 34 to 44.
We encourage you to refer to the specific product measurements provided in the product description. These measurements will give you a better idea of how the garment will fit your body. Our team carefully selects materials and designs to ensure our one size clothing offers a versatile and forgiving fit.

Can I cancel my order?
Our teams work diligently to ensure your orders get shipped out as quickly as possible, and we cannot guarantee that a cancelation request can be accommodated.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at jillparis.boutique@gmail.com. We will be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse. However, if your order has been processed we will be unable to cancel your order, and customers will be required to follow our standard Refund Policy procedure.
Editing Orders
Orders with in-stock items:
Customers who need an edit to an order with in-stock items (i.e. removing/adding items, updating shipping address/email), are encouraged to reach out immediately after their order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate this request, however we cannot provide any guarantees as our teams work diligently to ensure your orders get shipped out as quickly as possible.

Yes, we ship internationally with a few exceptions!
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Israel - Express shipping 45₪
Please be mindful standard shipping times do not include weekends, holidays, weather interferance and any unforeseen delays that may arise with the courier service.

Duties & Taxes
Any order shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges. Customers who have any issues with their shipments, please contact us at jillparis.boutique@gmail.com
Any import duties, taxes and/or charges are not covered or reimbursed through JILL PARIS, and are not included in or subject to refunds should an order/item(s) be returned/exchanged.
