Becoming a stockist
Who can open a wholesale account?
Anyone: physical shops, online shops, stylists and personal shoppers — in Israel and abroad.
Which documents do you need?
Your business number (ע.מ. or ח.פ.), your VAT certificate, a link to your shop or Instagram account, and photos of your store if you have one.
How long does approval take?
24 hours. Create your account, send us your documents, and we activate it.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to every country.
Prices
What is the wholesale discount?
50% off the retail price, from your very first order. The rate is the same for everyone, whatever the volume.
Are the catalogue prices excluding tax?
Yes, all prices shown are excluding tax.
Do your sales and promotions apply to my orders?
No. The wholesale discount applies to the full retail price.
Am I free to set my own selling prices?
Yes. We recommend aligning your prices with the Jill Paris retail price, but you remain free to set your own.
Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum depends on the style and the stock available; we tell you when you order.
Do I have to take every size and every colour?
Each style is ordered in its full size range (for example S/M + M/L). Colours, however, are up to you.
How do I place an order?
By WhatsApp. Pick your styles from the catalogue and send us your selection: we confirm availability and send you the invoice.
Can I see stock quantities in the catalogue?
No. We confirm availability when you order.
Can I reorder during the season?
Yes, depending on remaining stock and demand.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cheque or credit card.
What are the payment terms?
50% on ordering, 50% before shipping.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice (חשבונית מס) for every order.
Shipping
How are my orders shipped?
From Israel with an Israeli carrier, or from Italy or Paris with an international carrier, depending on where the pieces come from.
Is shipping free above a certain amount?
No. Shipping is at your expense, whatever the order value.
Who handles the customs paperwork?
We do. Export documents are prepared by Jill Paris.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an order?
No. Wholesale sales are final: no returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery.
What if an item has a manufacturing defect?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We review each case and decide on an exchange or a credit note.
Images and contact
May I use your product photos?
Yes, you may use our photos on your website and your social media.
What comes with my order?
A lookbook, the style sheets and barcodes.
