Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, or within 14 days of collecting it (self-pickup).
Orders must be collected within 15 days; after that, exchange/return is no longer possible.
Item must be unworn, with the tag attached (including jewelry and hats), and returned in its original packaging.
Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner.
Sale items may also be returned or exchanged within 14 days, under these same conditions.
Exchange — a ₪30 fee covers the return shipping, or free if you bring the item to any of our stores.
Refund — issued within 14 days of receiving the item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order or 100₪ (whichever is lower) and a 30₪ return-shipping fee (or free if returned in-store). Cancelling before shipping: if payment has not been charged — full refund; if it has — minus the cancellation fee above.
