Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Bit, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are secured through our payment provider and charged in Israeli Shekels (₪).
I see prices in euros or dollars — which currency am I charged in?
For your convenience prices can be shown in Shekels (₪), Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), but you are always charged in Shekels. Euro and dollar prices are indicative and may vary slightly with the exchange rate.
Where are your stores and what are the opening hours?
We have 4 boutiques:

- Netanya Center — Herzl 17
- Jerusalem — Shamai 10
Hours: Sun–Thu 10:00–19:00 · Fri 10:00–14:00 · Sat closed.
Ordering
Will the One Size fit me?
Our One Size pieces are designed for a range of body types, usually from size 34 to 44. Every piece is cut differently, though, so the fit is not the same for everyone. Each product page gives the exact measurements: compare them with a piece you already own. Not sure? Write to us and we'll gladly advise.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page shows the model's measurements and the recommended sizing. If you're unsure, send us your measurements at contact@jillparis.com and we'll help you choose.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We ship as fast as possible, so it's not always possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us right after placing it at contact@jillparis.com or WhatsApp 053-708-0826 and we'll do our best.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs in Israel?
Orders up to ₪300 — ₪45 · Orders ₪300–600 — ₪30 · Orders over ₪600 — free shipping. Pickup from our stores — free.
What are the delivery times?
In Israel, usually 2–3 business days, up to 5 business days. Times exclude weekends, holidays and unexpected courier delays.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship to most countries. International shipping is a flat ₪180, shown at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery 8–16 business days. Customs and taxes may apply in the destination country, at the customer’s expense.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Of course, at no cost! At checkout choose "Store pickup" at your preferred boutique. Your order will be held for up to 15 days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
You may cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower), and ₪30 return shipping (free if returned in-store). The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Swimwear — with the hygiene strip. Sale items can also be returned/exchanged within 14 days.
How do I request an exchange or a refund?
Contact us within 14 days at contact@jillparis.com or WhatsApp 053-708-0826 and we'll arrange an exchange (subject to availability) or refund. You can also bring the item to one of our stores — free of charge.
