Use of the website and purchases made on it are subject to these terms. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Age restriction
Purchasing on the website is conditional on the purchaser being 18 years of age or older. Making a purchase constitutes a declaration that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older.

Prices and payment
All prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. Payment is made by credit card or by the payment methods shown on the checkout page.

Delivery and shipping
Deliveries are carried out by a courier company (Tapuz). Delivery time in Israel: 2–3 business days, and up to 5 business days. Shipping fees: up to ₪300 – ₪45; ₪300–600 – ₪30; over ₪600 – free. Pickup from our stores – free of charge. International shipping – ₪180, 8–16 business days.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: Cancellation before shipping – if payment has not yet been charged, a full refund; if payment has already been charged, a refund less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower). Refund – within 14 days of receiving the item, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) and ₪30 return shipping (or at no cost if returned in store). Exchange – within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to availability. The item must be returned unused, with its tag and in its original packaging. Swimwear – with the hygiene strip. Sale items can also be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Product liability
The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the website and/or a product purchased on it, beyond the liability prescribed by law. Slight differences in shade may occur between the on-screen display and the actual product.

Privacy
The company respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal information. The information (name, address, phone, email) is used solely to process and deliver the order, and will not be passed on to any third party except as needed to complete the purchase (courier and payment processing) or as required by law. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by the company. You may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete the information at contact@jillparis.com.

Intellectual property
All content on the website – images, texts, logo and design – is the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written permission.

Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts.
