Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges Policy – Online orders only (jillparis.com) – Jill Paris

Scope of this policy
This policy applies ONLY to orders placed online on the jillparis.com website. It does NOT apply to purchases made in our physical stores (Ra'anana, Netanya – Ir Yamim, Netanya – Herzl, Jerusalem). Purchases made in a store are subject to the conditions in force in the store and to the law.

At Jill Paris (Sachanael Ltd., Company no. 516664885, 10 Shamai St., Jerusalem), this policy is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Cancellation before shipping
If payment has not yet been charged, a full refund will be given. If payment has already been charged, a refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law.

Refund (up to 14 days)
You may cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, less a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower), and less ₪30 return shipping (or at no cost if the online order is returned to one of our stores).

Exchange (up to 14 days)
An item may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving it, subject to availability. The cost of an exchange is ₪30, or free of charge if the online order is returned to one of our stores.

Conditions
The item must be returned unused, with its tag and in its original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene strip. Sale items can also be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Pickup
An order sent to a pickup point must be collected within 15 days.
